Absolutely! We plan to convert many creations into puzzles. These include designs already featured on Charliecustard Builds social media, like the Rubik's Cube base, the largest Minecraft spaceship, and The Mushroom Kingdom, as well as yet-to-be-revealed new creations.

Currently, we offer shipping to Australia, New Zealand, the United States (most states), Canada, the United Kingdom, and Germany. This is part of our initial launch phase.

Yes, irrespective of the destination, we aim to deliver your puzzle order within 12 to 15 days from the date of purchase.

Our puzzles are crafted with the following process:

• 3D Imagery: We use 3D software to capture high-resolution 7K images, ensuring every detail is vividly presented.
• Materials: Each puzzle is made from high-grade ivory board, known for its durability and smooth texture.
• Printing Quality: We utilize UV four-color printing with a gloss finish, enhancing vibrancy and protecting against fading.

Each puzzle is carefully packaged in a custom box, containing the pieces in a fine net bag. Included is a reference photo and a thank-you card that shares the story and meaning behind your puzzle.

We currently do not offer custom puzzles with personal photos.

With each puzzle purchase, we provide both a .mcworld file for Minecraft Bedrock Edition and a .zip folder for Java Edition. The appropriate file for your device can be loaded following instructions available on our download store found here.
